On the 22nd Aug - 23rd Aug '07, Michelle's mom brought us on a small holiday, up to Genting!
Back in those years, Genting used to be reaaaalllly cold, like up the hills and you can really feel the cold winds going up your spines.
Not anymore though. Thanks to the global worming of the earth and the increase of air pollutants plus carbon dioxide (okay let's not start the Science), Genting just ain't as cold as it used to be.
Although so, I was having a terrible flu, so no matter where I went, it was still gonna be cold. What more Genting at that moment?
Michelle's mom picked me up from my place with the Naza. And guess what? We've got company!

Awww how much cuter can Shih Tzus get nowadays huh? You tell me.

There was one more dog, Samson, which is a poodle. Samson is reallly cute, he's not those typical white poodles you see in the cartoons or movies.
He is brown. Like a teddy bear.
No, I kid you not.
From far, it seriously looks like a huge stuffed brown teddy bear with curly fur. Ahhah, too bad I couldn't get a pic of Samson. Cos he was sitting right in front and I was told that he bites. No, he chews. So.............. yeah.

We arrived Genting about 1pm. Well basically what we did the most there was just eat, eat, eat, eat, eat and eat. And eat. Michelle's family sure likes to eat. A LOT. Like every half an hour.
So as soon as we arrived and checked in, they decided to get some snacks.

Michelle started lah with her Kenny Rogers shit. There she went craving for it again. So she bought the potatos from Kenny Rogers. What's with the sudden craze for Kenny Rogers I wonder. I think Indo Har Mee still rocks my whatever world you want to call it. ;)
Here're some random pics.

Michelle and I walked the whole First World, and did a lil' shopping. We got ourselves tops from Padini Concept Store. It was having a sale okay.. don't give me that stare.
Soon enough, it was dinner time.

We actually wanted to go to the other hotel to have dinner. We sorta waited for this bus which is supposed to come around picking people up and drop them at nearby places or sumthin'...
But yeah.
Waited till bout 9pm. Not even a shadow.
So we quit that, and went to First World and ate. Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant. Oh don't remind me the price of the dinner man.
We practically ordered 4 rice wrapped with tulip leaves, 1 plate of tau foo, 2 plates or noodles and 1 plate of vegetable.
Give a wild shot. How much do you think it'll cost?
RM150? RM180? RM200?
........
...............
RM 300++
Wtf man. Why not just rob a bank seriously.
You know the bloody plate of taufoo which had only like 10 pieces of taufoo costed RM60 bucks? In subang you can eat like 10 plates of that, and still buy a 'yao char kuay' with the balanced money.
The best thing is, after they finished clearing all the plates only we found out that the taufoo sauce was made from abalone.
Happy.
Nobody took the sauce you know. =) L-O-L?
Okay dinner was rather shitty thanks to ridiculous pricings, seriously. Not more than 15 minutes later, Michelle and I went back straight to the hotel room to shit out all the expensive food we just ate.
Talk about expensive food being more digestable huh? Perhaps true.

It was about 10:30pm already. We decided to head down to the Starbucks at the Genting Resort Hotel (not the first world one) to study.
Yes, we brought books on our holiday. Cool wert.. why you lookin at me like I'm some kind of freak? (why don't you doooo sumfin'.. gwen craze, sorry.) =)
Oh remember my terrible flu? Yeah, now it's plus the cough. So, sadly I coudln't order my favourite Javachip Frapp. =(

Mocha latte.
Not my all time favourite I would say. I still like Frapps more.
Michelle was doing Biology while I struggled with Add Maths. The both of us were pretty much sniffing all the way.
We even brought a whole box of tissue from the hotel down to Starbucks. And we used them all. In an hour's time.

That's Michelle's and my mucus you're looking at. Ehehh..
NEXT MORNING. Rise and shine sleepy heads. Time to check out!

After our breakfast at the Genting Resort Hotel, we took a short walk outside the garden area. It was a dammnnn nice weather. So cold and misty.
Here're some flowers I took.

Michelle told me that the yellow flower is called "Tahi Bunga".
Not very 'tahi-ish' to me.

Ah, being the photographer you don't get to be in pictures. But the fun part is you get to take shots on whatever you like.

I like this photograph that I took, although the hand abit spoiler lahh (ahem.. kidding lah Michelle) =P
Mom saw the picture as my wallpaper,
"Eh. Why the hand so small wan?"
"Oh. Michelle mahh."
"Okay understand."
Ahhah. Cute right. That's one thing why everybody loves Michelle. ;D Saw that kawan, your hand is like on my wallpaper now. Damn bangga right? But that's just damn gay.

Wooohooo! I know you still love me kawan! =)
And Bren, we never forgotten about you at all the whole trip there although you couldn't make it (as usual).
Lol.
